Stainless steel chocks (E-SS) are used in the most demanding environments where carbon steel surface-treated chocks will not suffice. Mating surfaces are treated with additives to prevent parts from seizing when adjusted. They are suitable but not limited to be used in industries such as oil & gas or offshore.
